Abstract: Se evaluó la eficacia combinada de las cepas ISB05 y ISB06 de “B. amyloliquefaciens” y SiO₂ en condiciones “in vitro” e “in planta” ante “Phytophthora cinnamomi (Pc)”. La sílice no redujo sustancialmente el crecimiento miceliar en placa, pero sí lo hicieron significativamente las dos cepas de “Bacillus”, especialmente ISB05, hasta un 63%. Los volátiles emitidos por “Bacillus” redujeron el crecimiento de “Pc”, en menor grado que el contacto directo. En hojas de alcornoque pulverizadas con “Bacillus” y SiO₂ se observó una menor pudrición por “Pc” que en los controles. El suelo inoculado con ISB05 tuvo un efecto inhibidor efímero en la formación de esporangios de “Pc”. También se evaluó en invernadero el efecto combinado y separado de “B. amyloliquefaciens” y SiO₂ en el crecimiento y tolerancia a “Pc” de brinzales de encina, alcornoque y castaño. Se observó que el SiO₂ y “Bacillus” incrementan la altura del castaño y del alcornoque de una savia al final del período vegetativo. Sin embargo, SiO₂ ni “B. amyloliquefaciens” redujeron la mortalidad de estas especies ante “Pc”.The combined efficacy of ISB05 and ISB06 strains of “B. amyloliquefaciens” and SiO₂ was evaluated in vitro and in plant conditions before “Phytophthora cinnamomi (Pc)”. Silica did not substantially reduce mycelial growth in plaque, but the two strains of “Bacillus”, especially ISB05, did significantly reduce mycelial growth by up to 63%. The volatiles emitted by “Bacillus” reduced “Pc” growth to a lesser degree than direct contact. In cork oak leaves pulverized with “Bacillus” and SiO₂, less “Pc” rot was observed than in the controls. The soil inoculated with ISB05 had an ephemeral inhibitory effect on the formation of “Pc” sporangia. The combined and separate effect of “B. amyloliquefaciens” and SiO₂ on the growth and “Pc” tolerance of holm oak, cork oak and chestnut saplings was also evaluated in the greenhouse. It was observed that SiO₂ and “Bacillus” increase the height of the chestnut and cork oak of a sap at the end of the vegetative period. However, SiO₂ and “B. amyloliquefaciens” reduced the mortality of these species before “Pc”.
