Abstract

El trabajo autónomo tiene en España un importante peso en el mercado de trabajo. Por ese motivo, a lo largo de los últimos años se han venido adoptado medidas de diversa índole en el objetivo de fortalecer su supervivencia. En materia de contratación y Seguridad Social, varias han sido las bonificaciones establecidas para favorecer la conciliación familiar y laboral de estos trabajadores. Al estudio de las novedades introducidas sobre esta materia por la Ley 6/2017, de 11 de julio se dedica el siguiente comentario.

Self-employment has an important weight in the labour market in Spain. For this reason, over the last few years, various measures have been adopted with the aim of strengthening its survival. In terms of hiring and Social Security, several bonuses have been established to favour the reconciliation of family and work for these workers. The following commentary is devoted to the study of the novelties introduced in this area by the Law 6/2017 of 11 July.
