| Resumen: | El Notario Mayor del Reino es en España el Ministro de Justicia. Es esta
una competencia que viene de tiempos antiguos cuando no se había establecido la
especialización y competencia profesional que rige en la sociedad actual. El Ministro de
Justicia generalmente tiene conocimientos académicos en materia de Derecho, pero no
siempre ha sido así. Se da una situación incompresible: El Notario Mayor del Reino no
es un Notario de carrera en España. Algo a solucionar. The Kingdom´s Mayor Notary is in Spain the Minister of Justice. It is a competence that comes from ancient times when the specialization and professional competence that governed in today's society had not been established. The Minister of Justice generally has academic knowledge in law, but it has not always happened. There is an incompressible situation: The Kingdom´s Mayor Notary is not a Notary with career in Spain. Something that should be solved. |
