Abstract

El notariado en Nicaragua necesita nuevos horizontes, y la confianza que se le atribuye por el Estado en esta ocasión debe encararla con el decoro y la dignidad que caracterizan a la profesión. El reto está precisamente en saber encauzar con tino, proporcionalidad y sentido de lo justo, los principios de la función notarial, en el ámbito del Derecho familiar.
