| Abstract: | Este estudio analiza la regulación de la jubilación parcial en España como una institución compleja no exclusivamente de Seguridad Social, en la que confluyen diversos objetivos como son el fomento del empleo, el retiro progresivo y la flexibilidad en la gestión del trabajo en la empresa. This study examine the regulation of partial retirement in Spain, as a complex institution not only of Social Security that blends various objectives such as the promotion of employment, and flexibility phasing in the management of work in the company. |
