Spain is culturally isolated from the liberal movement that imbues Europe and the American colonies that are on the point of getting the independence. So, it will not incorporate the constitucionalized human rights till the beginning of the nineteenth century. Not without first leaving for the history a wide range of spectacular unlawful entries, such us the bandolerism, the jesuits expulsion or the Jovellanos personal and political peripety. |
