| Abstract: | En comunidades africanas instaladas en Europa algunos menores han comenzado a ser acusados de ser brujos, lo que va a unido a numerosas violaciones de derechos del menor, incluso a la muerte de los mismos. Analizaremos las causas de este problema así como la respuesta penal y judicial a estos casos en diversos países europeos. In African communities based in Europe some children have been accused of being witches. This accusation leads to a multiplication of human rights violations, even the child’s death. In this working paper the roots of this problem will be analyzed, as wellas the legal and judicial answers to these cases in different European countries. |
