Banco de la Experiencia is the third intergenerational educational innovation project carried out at the Pontifical University of Salamanca. Its objective is the age empowerment to avoid the prevailing social ageism. Eleven students from the UPSA Interuniversity Experience Program have become professors of eleven young people from the 4th year of Social Education (within the framework of Psychology for adults and seniors and Sociology for adults and seniors). The seniors have had the opportunity to participate actively in society (in this case in the university context). A right that, although it is included in the WHO definition of active aging, usually remains on a piece of paper, fostering an environment that is not very inclusive. To what does the name of the activity respond? To what has been invested human capital, experience, knowledge and time (on the part of the elderly) and revenues, for the youngest, there have been countless lessons of personal and professional life.
