| Resumen: | Las jornadas se celebraron los días 10 y 11 de mayo de 2019 en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Extremadura y su objetivo principal era un análisis crítico-dogmático de la relevancia de los derechos que tiene el creador de bienes inmateriales, sean de naturaleza intelectual o industrial, en los que se integran, además de los derechos de explotación, diferentes facultades de índole moral o ideal. The conference was held on May 10 and 11, 2019 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Extremadura and its main objective was a critical-dogmatic analysis of the relevance of the rights that the creator of intangible assets has, regardless of nature. intellectual or industrial, in which are integrated, in addition to the exploitation rights, different powers of a moral or ideal nature. |
