Aproximación a los orígenes del Fuero del Baylío, con análisis de su contenido y alcance, vigencia temporal y territorial y otros aspectos de carácter práctico de interés para el jurista. El estudio de esta figura de derecho matrimonial es la mejor manera de divulgar el Derecho civil tradicional propio de una parte de Extremadura.
