Here I present the results of the advances realized in the line of investigation that I undertook it does more than 10 years in occasion of the defense of my doctoral thesis. I send to the epoch of the emperor Carlos V-1516-1556, when his "megapower" (judging by the domains that him concerned and for the titles that it was holding) was put in interdiction by the prominent figures who met linked to the Communities of Castile and in whom I am interested fundamentally because - some of them - concerned to the University of Salamanca: Teachers, students, authorities, took part actively of the revolutionary only movement and still today, very slightly studied.
