La biografía del escultor dombenitense Juan Blanco Pajares entra en el parangón de los diversos artistas que en sus variadas facetas investigué, constatando que todos ellos sintieron la llamada del arte a edad muy temprana, siendo a partir de ahí, y con el devenir de los años, cuando se iba produciendo la madurez hacia una determinada inclinación artística que, tras la huella del tiempo, la iban a desarrollar acaparando ideas y evoluciones en los diversos medios que la sociedad les iba propiciando. A retazos inconcretos y desafortunados, la historia del «escultor-imaginero» Blanco Pajares ha sido difundida en medios informáticos y escritos bibliotecarios sin que estos hechos sinteticen la realidad y el ajustamiento a las efemérides historicistas. Procedía solicitar a su familia la documentación obrante, así como una versión convivencial detallada, que fueron los detonantes aperturistas de la pantalla real biográfica. Sus bellas y esbeltas esculturas, repartidas por buena parte de España, son protegidas con celo y esmero por varias cofradías españolas y diversos particulares. La versión popular de «no ser profeta en su tierra» fue vivida por nuestro protagonista, huyendo de ella por esos obstáculos idealistas que sumieron a España en una de las peores tragedias bélicas de su historia.
