| Resumen: | Análisis de determinadas especialidades procesales que presenta la protección del derecho al honor, tanto en el proceso civil como en el penal, teniendo en cuenta abundante jurisprudencia de los tribunales y del Tribunal Constitucional y recientes reformas legales. An analysis of particular trial rulings that the right to honour safekeeping entails. This study is carried out both in terms of civil and criminal law by examining and accounting for much case law and constitutional material as well as legal reforms. |
