Pour une neurosémantique épistémique

Abstract

En este trabajo se contrasta la Neurosemántica epistémica y la Psicomecánica del lenguaje, por un lado; y las tesis cognitivistas, por otro. En él se describe cómo se ha establecido el modelo cíclico, cómo resuelve los problemas lingüísticos; y por qué la Neurosemántica epistémica pertenece a la Lingüística cognitiva, y por qué es posible mejorar este modelo, haciendo uso de la Teoría de la catástrofe. Este trabajo finalmente describe cómo la Neurosemántica epistémica tiene un corolario en la crítica a la arbitrariedad del signo, porque su modelo pone sentido en el cuerpo, en la acción y en la percepción.

This paper contrasts epistemic neurosemantics with the psychomechanics of language on the one hand and with the cognitivist thesis on the other. It describes how the cyclic model has been established, how it solves linguistic problems, why epistemic neurosemantics belongs to cognitive linguistics, and why it is possible to improve this model by making use of the Catastrophe Theory. This work finally describes how epistemic neurosemantics has a corollary in a criticism of the arbitrariness of the sign, because its model places sense in the body, action and perception.
