| Abstract: | El artículo trata del concepto de justicia desde un plano filosófico, haciendo referencia tanto al positivismo filosófico como al jurídico. Se enumeran las características del positivismo jurídico y se estudia la figura de Norberto Bobbio dentro de esta corriente, su pensamiento, su evolución y su obra. The article deals with the concept of justice from a philosophical point of view, referring to both philosophical and legal positivism. It lists the characteristics of legal positivism and studies the figure of Norberto Bobbio within this current, his thought, his evolution and his work. |
