| Abstract: | Se analiza la transmisibilidad de las obligaciones. Se presentan varias definiciones del concepto jurídico obligación, se asocia con el concepto de vínculo y se estudia su estructura. Se ve la obligación como bien en el patrimonio del acreedor y se hace un análisis funcional de la obligación, para finalizar examinando la transmisión de las obligaciones. The transferability of obligations is analyzed. Several definitions of the legal concept of obligation are presented, it is associated with the concept of bond and its structure is studied. The obligation is seen as an asset in the creditor's patrimony and a functional analysis of the obligation is made, to conclude by examining the transferability of obligations. |
