| Abstract: | Se estudian los derechos colectivos de representación y reunión en la empresa, expresados en el estatuto del trabajador. Se analiza su significado en la representación del personal en la empresa, su regulación constitucional. Se examinan la organización representativa, la elección de los representantes de personal y el derecho a reunirse en la empresa. The collective rights of representation and assembly in the company, expressed in the workers' statute, are studied. It analyses their significance in the representation of staff in the company and their constitutional regulation. The representative organisation, the election of staff representatives and the right to assembly in the company are examined. |
