| Abstract: | El artículo trata del préstamo en Extremadura a mediados del siglo XVI, de las deudas contraídas y el modo de devolverlas. Se estudia a través de los Protocolos Notariales que dan fe del sistema seguido. Se establecen las formas de obligación y la cumplimentación formal. The article deals with lending in Extremadura in the mid-16th century, the debts contracted and how they were repaid. It is studied through the Notarial Protocols that attest to the system followed. The forms of obligation and formal fulfilment are established. |
