| Abstract: | El artículo aborda el tratamiento de las herencias dadas a las mujeres y la posibilidad de ser restituidas cuando se entregan en matrimonio y en determinados supuestos en los que interviene la voluntad de las mujeres. The article deals with the treatment of inheritances given to women and the possibility of restitution when they are given in marriage and in certain cases in which the women's will is involved. |
