Juicio de D. Antonio Rodríguez-Moñino sobre los primeros documentos de la historia literaria de Extremadura

Abstract

En estás líneas examinamos el tratamiento y juicio que D. Antonio hace de tres testimonios literarios, de los que –con mayor o menor profundidad y en diferentes ocasiones- me he ocupado, junto con otros compañeros y colegas del Departamento de Ciencias de la Antigüedad de la UEx (concretamente, el Dr. Sánchez Salor). Me refiero a la "Carta de Cipriano de Cartago", el "Himno de Prudencio en honor de Santa Eulalia de Mérida" y las "Vidas de los Santos Padres de Mérida" ("Vitas Sanctorum Patrum Emeretensium").

In these lines we examine the treatment and judgment that D. Antonio makes of three literary testimonies, of which -with greater or lesser depth and on different occasions- I have dealt with, along with other colleagues and colleagues of the Department of Sciences of Antiquity of the UEx (specifically, Dr. Sánchez Salor). I am referring to the "Letter of Cyprian of Carthage", the "Hymn of Prudentius in honor of Saint Eulalia of Merida" and the "Lives of the Holy Fathers of Merida" ("Vitas Sanctorum Patrum Emeretensium").
