Las Jornadas se enmarcan en las actividades del Grupo de Investigación “Derecho, Justicia y Jurisprudencia” inscrito en el Catálogo de Grupos de Investigación (SEJ053) del Servicio Extremeño de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (SECTI) de la Junta de Extremadura, para la realización de actividades de investigación y desarrollo tecnológico, de divulgación y de transferencia del conocimiento (GR21158).
