Abstract

Este libro es el fruto de un proyecto de innovación y mejora docente avalado por la propia universidad gaditana, en el cual se ha seguido la metodología narrativa. Después de una serie de transformaciones en los respectivos trabajos, la mayoría de los profesores llegamos a este punto final, aunque tal vez no sea el definitivo. En el recorrido que hemos transitado hemos aprendido y, sobre todo, hemos crecido personal y profesionalmente a partir de la experiencia narrada por las diferentes personas con las que hemos vivido este viaje de palabras transmitidas, memorias y vivencias. Ahora es el momento de compartir las miradas y las voces con maestras y maestros que, en plena actividad profesional, se paran a pensar sobre lo que hacen y cómo pue - den mejorar. Y, curiosamente, nos ofrecen una lección magistral, que ponemos al alcance del lector para que todos podamos crecer un poco más. Pues, en nuestra profesión, uno no puede ni debe dejar de seguir creciendo, como tampoco de seguir compartiendo este conocimiento narrado

This book is the result of an innovation and teaching improvement project supported by the university of Cadiz, in which the narrative methodology has been followed. After a series of transformations in the respective works, most of the professors have reached this final point, although it may not be the definitive one. In the journey we have been through, we have learned and, above all, we have grown personally and professionally from the experience narrated by the different people with whom we have lived this journey of transmitted words, memories and experiences. Now it is time to share the views and voices of teachers who, in the midst of their professional activity, stop to think about what they do and how they can improve. And, curiously, they offer us a masterly lesson, which we make available to the reader so that we can all grow a little more. Because, in our profession, one cannot and should not stop growing, nor should one stop sharing this knowledge narrated in this book.
