In this paper is collected the contribution to the Symposium on the first theater of Lope de Vega, where the circumstances and conditions surrounding the activity of contemporary comedians is analyzed. Currently a proliferation of theater companies was motivated by celebrations such as Corpus and mystery plays in towns and cities. The biography of comedian Alonso de Cisneros represents the transition from the old theater "Renaissance" to the new Baroque and lopesco theater. Alonso de Cisneros was widely quoted and esteemed by critics and was very active in his profession. His biography is reconstructed from scattered reports, some documentaries and others gathered from various sources. Alonso de Cisneros was born in Toledo, he traveled to cities and towns in Spain and it seems like theater specializing in brief, steps, snacks and cars, but also represented famous comedies. Cisneros was one of the men who raided theater successes such as Lope de Vega and made possible the amazing cultural phenomenon that was the baroque theater.
