Abstract

Poniendo atención a las personas con limitaciones de carácter físico o sensorial se observa que la legislación estatal relacionada con el uso de una vivienda trata de una u otra manera el problema añadido que supone para alguien con cierta discapacidad vivir en sociedad, en un pueblo, en una ciudad, en definitiva, ocupar diariamente una vivienda. Evidentemente, la rama del Derecho que regula estas cuestiones es el Derecho Civil. Vamos a ver cómo resuelve este ordenamiento algunos de los problemas que se le plantean al minusválido y qué solución les ofrece.

When we analyze the issue of people with physical or sensory limitations, we can see that the state law regarding the use of a home that is the added problem for someone disabled in order to live in society, in a village, in a city and take a daily home.
