La alfabetización tecnológica en Extremadura. Hacia una región 2.0

Abstract

Con este trabajo se pretende analizar el concepto de Alfabetización Tecnológica y su aplicación en Extremadura a través del Plan de Alfabetización Tecnológica y Software Libre. Se trabajará sobre la idea de este tipo de alfabetización con ejemplos de proyectos que se están llevando a cabo en el mundo actualmente.

Se analizará en profundidad el Plan de Alfabetización Tecnológica en Extremadura con detalles sobre sus inicios, objetivos, metodología… con el fin de mostrar el trabajo realiza en la región durante sus 12 años de vida así como los resultados del mismo.

A través de una serie de encuestas realizadas a la población se plantearán las siguientes cuestiones: - Avance que la sociedad extremeña ha experimentado debido a la existencia de la alfabetización tecnológica y de la gratuidad y accesibilidad de la misma. - Papel que la Alfabetización Tecnológica ha jugado y juega como vía para la inserción social y laboral en zonas marginales. - Adaptación de los extremeños a los avances tecnológicos. - Importancia de las TICs en la nuestra vida cotidiana.

This work seeks to analyze the concept of Technological Literacy and its application in Extremadura through the Plan of Technological Literacy and Free Software. Work on the idea of this type of literacy with examples of projects that are being carried out in the world currently.

Will analyze in depth the Plan of Technological Literacy in Extremadura with details about its beginnings, objectives, methodology… in order to show the work done in the region during its 12 years of life, as well as the results of the same.

Through a series of surveys of the population will be discussed the following issues: - Forward that Extremadura society has experienced because of the existence of technological literacy and the free and accessibility of the same. - Role that technological literacy has played and plays as a way for the social and labor insertion in marginal areas. - Adaptation of the Extremadura to technological advances. - Importance of ICTS in our daily lives.
