El burnout en los profesores

Abstract

Este estudio incluye una revisión de artículos empíricos internacionales sobre el burnout en los profesores. Se han encontrado nueve artículos sobre este tema. En primer lugar se hará referencia al diseño, así como a los instrumentos aplicados y al contexto educativo y finalmente se tendrán en cuenta las diferentes variables que pueden influir en la aparición de este síndrome. Durante esta investigación, se han recibido fondos competitivos del MICINN (Ministerio de Investigación, Ciencia e Innovación), del proyecto SEJ2007-66898-EDUC (2007-2010), y fondos FEDER de la Unión Europea. Así como Fondos competitivos a Grupos de Excelencia con Fondos Europeos 2009-2010-2011 (BOCyL, 27 de Abril del 2009). Ambos concedidos al Grupo de Investigación de Excelencia reconocido por la Junta de Castilla y León (GR259), dirigido por J. N. García.
