Abstract

El presente volumen, segundo de la serie, es la versión de la monografía del profesor E. Mayer, que con el título Das altspanische Obligationenrecht in 8einen Grnndzügen, publicado en 1920-1921 en la «Zeitschrif t für vergleichende Rechtswissenschaf't». Teniendo en cuenta la, carencia casi total de investigaciones referentes a la historia de nuestro derecho privado, el profesor Mayer introduce en el original alemán de su monografía varias adiciones y modificaciones, destinadas a la edición española. También ha revisado la presente traducción, hecha por J. M. Ots Capdequi.

The present volume, second in the series, is the version of professor E. Mayer's monograph, with the title Das altspanische Obligationenrecht in 8Grnndzugen, published in 1920-1921 in the "Zeitschrif für Rechtswissenschaf't". Taking into account the, almost total lack of research into the history of our private law, professor Mayer entered in the original German of his monograph several additions and modifications, aimed at the Spanish edition. He has also revised the present translation, made by J. M. Ots Capdequi.
