| Abstract: | Se pretende aquí formular algunas sugerencias que puedan facilitar el emplazamiento de los Decretos de Nueva Planta tanto en la evolución general de la constitución política de la Monarquía Católica como en su relación con otros textos jurídicos de la Ilustración europea. It is intended here to make some suggestions that may facilitate placement of Nueva Planta Decrees in the general evolution of the constitution of the Catholic monarchy and its relationship with other legal texts of the European Age of Enlightenment. |
