| Abstract: | El rey don Manuel II de Portugal, 1889-1932, reunió una importante coleccion legislativa filipina en su biblioteca. Su labor bibliográfica y el conjunto de estas piezas nos permite conocer y encontrar los verdaderos "filipismos" en la Historia del Derecho Portugués. Se alude así a una cuestion que no es sólo de erudiccion jurídica, sino que esconde un juicio político. The king Don Manuel II of Portugal, 1889-1932, brought together an important legislative collection in its own library. His bibliographic work and the set of these parts allows us to know and find the true "filipismos" in the Portuguese law history. It refers as well to a question that is not only a legal one, but it hides a political trial. |
