| Abstract: | Los grandes méritos de Manuel Torres López fueron introducir los elementos canónicos en la panorámica de la atención de los historiadores españoles del derecho y señalar los rasgos de integración europea de nuestra historia jurídica. Su tercera aportación fundamental es la cualidad de su mente deseosa de abrir nuevas rutas en el derecho histórico. Manuel Torres López's great merits were introducing the canonical elements in the point of view of Spanish legal historians and point out the features of European integration of our legal history. His third contribution was the quality of his mind to open new routes in the Historical Law. |
