| Abstract: | La Recopilación de 1567, que en 14 de Marzo de ese año promulgó Felipe II para "estos Reinos" de León y Castilla, constituye la primera obra de ese carácter que tuvo vigencia oficial en ellos, así como la más debilitada vigencia prioritaria, directa y plena, desde 1567 hasta 1805, es decir 238 años. The Collection of 1567, which in March 14 of that year enacted Felipe II for "these Kingdoms" of Leon and Castile, constitutes the first work of this nature that had a formal effect on them, as well as the more weakened force priority, direct and full, from 1567 until 1805, i.e. 238 years. |
