| Resumen: | En este artículo se pretende responder a la pregunta central de ¿Cuál fue, si existió, la posibilidad de derechos y libertades generales en el mundo medieval? Para ello se analiza la respuesta que, en 1933, elaboró Robert von Keller acerca de las garantías de libertad para personas y bienes en la Edad Media. In this article is intended to answer the central question of what was, if it existed, the possibility of general rights and freedoms in the medieval world? It analyzes the response, in 1933, developed by Robert von Keller about the guarantees of freedom for people and goods in the Middle Ages. |
