Abstract

Ernst Levy restricted its research effort, focusing on a few areas of Roman law. The analysis of civil procedure and the exposure of the phases of penal law are among its most significant contributions. But the development of its research, however, is where more graphically it is revealed. In its series of studies on the concept of the vulgar law.
