Proyecto de restauración y mejora del parque “La Serrana” (Plasencia) T. M de Plasencia

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se va a proceder a la restauración y mejora del parque “La Serrana”, localizado en el término municipal de Plasencia (Extremadura). El parque se encuentra en estado de abandono en la actualidad, por lo que se realizará la plantación de diversas especies y las infraestructuras necesarias para que la presencia de la población en el parque sea importante. Para ello, se han planteado cuatro alternativas con distintos usos en cada una de ellas en las que a partir de dos métodos para elegir la mejor alternativa (teniendo en cuenta varios criterios) se ha seleccionado la mejor. Los recursos de los que se van a disponer para la realización de las obras e instalación de los distintos elementos en el parque se comentarán en la ingeniería de las obras, especificando las fechas de inicio y finalización de cada actividad en la programación de las obras. Por otro lado, en la ingeniería de las obras se comentan las actividades que se van a realizar para el buen mantenimiento del parque a lo largo de su vida útil, especificando la fecha en la que tendrán lugar y los recursos de los que se disponen para la realización de éstas. Por último, en el apartado de evaluación financiera, se han calculado los costes y beneficios que van a tener lugar a lo largo de la vida útil del parque utilizando como indicador el valor actual neto.

In the following research as a Degree Project I will deal with the restoration and improvement of La Serrana Park which is in the township of Plasencia (Extremadura). Nowadays a state of abandonment can be found in the Park, therefore a plantation of different kinds of trees and vegetation will be carried out, and new infrastructure and foundations will be laid for the essential population in the park. Four alternatives have been proposed, each one with a different aim. After taking into account several criteria and using two different methods, one of them has been chosen as the best. The means and resources that will take place in order to carry out the work and the building of the different elements in the park will be explained in the engeneering work chapter. The dates of the beginning and the end of each activity will also be given. On the other hand, in the engineering work chapter there will be an explanation of the activities and steps that will take place for the maintenance of the park throughout its future life. Details about dates and resources to perform this work will also be given in that chapter. Finally, in the financial assessment part, the expenses and benefits that will appear throughout the upcoming life of the park have been estimated using the current net value.
