El comportamiento del empleo y sus efectos en el sistema de pensiones de jubilación en Extremadura

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado surge para exponer la problemática actual del sistema de pensiones extremeño en función de la situación del mercado laboral de Extremadura. Los problemas que se tratan se producen debido al incremento de la esperanza de vida y a la situación económica-financiera que atraviesa el país en la actualidad. Por lo tanto se analizará la solvencia financiera del sistema de pensiones de jubilación extremeño tras las reformas aprobadas por la Ley 27/2011 y por la Ley 23/2013, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes comportamientos del empleo. Para ello se trabaja con la Muestra Continua de Vidas Laborales y la Encuesta de la Población Activa lo que permite construir historias laborales probables de los actuales cotizantes, que permiten analizar, a través del Tanto Interno de Rendimiento, el efecto del comportamiento del empleo en el sistema de pensiones de jubilación extremeño.

The focus of this final dissertation is based on the current problems regarding the pension scheme of the region of Extremadura according to the current status in the labour market in Extremadura. The topics which are going to be discussed are produced because of the increase of the life expectancy in the region and the economical and financial situation that the country is experiencing at the moment. Therefore, in this document will be analyzed the financial solvency in relation with the retirement pension in Extremadura once the economical reforms were adopted by the Law 27/2011 and the Law 23/2013, taking into consideration the different employment reforms. In order to carry out these tasks, is worked with the database of the Continuous Work History Sample and the Review of the Labour Force Survey, which allow to form labor histories of the current contributing members, which allow them to analyze (with the help of the Internal rate of return), the effect of the employment behavior in the retirement pensions scheme in the region of Extremadura.
