Abstract: El objetivo general de este trabajo consiste en obtener un perfil general que describa como se siente el profesor de matemáticas de secundaria en su día a día laboral. Concretamente, queremos detectar las emociones que provocan, en el profesor de matemáticas, las situaciones estresantes que están relacionadas con el trato a los alumnos y a sus familias Para conseguir este objetivo, se utilizó una escala de elaboración propia (Gómez, 2011), en la cual se mide la incidencia de las fuentes de estrés en el profesor de matemáticas, y las emociones (tanto positivas como negativas, o la ausencia de las mismas) que éstas despiertan en los docentes. Nuestro instrumento está compuesto por varias categorías: recursos ambientales, materiales, personales, NNTT, alumnos, familias, aspectos organizacionales, motivacionales, etc., pero para éste trabajo nos centramos exclusivamente en los aspectos relacionados con los alumnos y sus familias, debido a que éstos son los que más influyen al profesorado. Este estudio se realizó con 60 docentes de matemáticas de secundaria de centros públicos, privados y concertados de la ciudad de Badajoz (Extremadura).
The overall objective of this work is to obtain a general profile that describes how you feel the high school mathematics teacher in their daily work. Concretely, we want to detect the emotions that cause, in the professor of mathematics, stressful situations that are related to the treatment to the students and its families In order to obtain this objective, a scale of own elaboration was used (Gomez, 2011), which measures the impact of stressors on the math teacher, and emotions (both positive and negative, or the absence of the same ones) that they awaken in teachers. Our instrument consists of several categories: environmental resources, materials, personnel, NNTT, students, families, organizational, motivational, etc.., But for this paper we focus exclusively on issues related to students and their families, because these are the most influential teachers. T This study was made with 60 high school mathematics teachers from public, private and charter of the city of Badajoz (Extremadura).
