Análisis sobre las atribuciones de causas en las Ciencias Sociales

Abstract

El presente artículo presenta una investigación en el aula sobre las dificultades que tienen nuestros alumnos/alumnas adolescentes a la hora de formular explicaciones causales coherentes sobre los hechos sociales que habitualmente estudian. El trabajo se realiza mediante una encuesta sencilla, centrada sobre el tema del crecimiento poblacional de un territorio. El análisis de las respuestas obtenidas es sugestivo y nos permite conocer por una parte las ideas previas que los adolescentes manejan sobre estos fenómenos sociales, por otra las atribuciones causales que consideran más importantes, y por último las relaciones entre las diferentes causas atribuidas.

This article shows an investigation in the classroom about the difficulties our teenaged students have, when they ask for some coherent explanations the social facts they usually study. This work is carried out by a simple questionnarie based on the population increase of a territory. The analysis of the answers are sugestive. That allows us to know, the previus ideas the teenaged students had about these social phenomena and on the other hand the attributions of causes they consider more important. Finally, the relation between the different causes.
