El vestuario castellano barroco y el imaginario del poder en la Nueva Extremadura del siglo XVII

Abstract

La autora a través del siguiente artículo busca introducirnos en la influencia del imaginario Barroco castellano del siglo xvi, el cual manifestado como un verdadero constructo ideológico, permeo en forma definitiva la conducta normalizada de la clase local dominante de la Nueva Extremadura del siglo XVII. La elite frente a los espejos pone de manifiesto las acciones del poder, en que la apariencia, la imitación y el mestizaje social frente a la burocracia real, se erigen como objetivos fundamentales para la sustentación de ésta. La dialéctica entre la obediencia real y la ordenanza burocrática local que emana de ésta, será la problemática decidora que marcara para siempre el futuro de la llamada estirpe hidalga.

The author introduces us through this following article, in the imaginary Baroque influences of the Castilian xvi century. Which manifested as the true ideal constructo, will define the regular conduct in the local class of New Extremadura in the xvii century. The elite in front of mirrors will prove the action of the power, in which the appearance, the imitation and the social mixture in front of the real, grow bigger like main objects for its own subsistence. Dialectic between real obedience and civil service decree emanated of it will be the problem that will decide and mark forever the future of the well known Hidalgo lineage.
