Identificación y estudio funcional de las principales proteínas tirosina fosfatasa en los espermatozoides de mamíferos

Abstract

Los objetivos de esta tesis doctoral son: • Identificar las diferentes proteínas tirosina fosfatasa en los espermatozoides de cerdo, caballo y perro y estudiar la distribución subcelular de las proteínas identificadas. • Estudiar la implicación de las PTPs en la funcionalidad del espermatozoide de esas especies. • Valorar el efecto de la criopreservación y la refrigeración de los espermatozoides en el estado de la actividad tirosina fosfatasa y su posible empleo para la optimización de esta tecnología. • Identificar los mecanismos moleculares de activación y regulación de la proteína tirosina fosfatasa PTPN11 en los espermatozoides de mamíferos. • Estudiar la implicación de la proteína tirosina fosfatasa PTPN11 en la regulación de la función espermática.

The objectives of this doctoral thesis are: • Identify the different protein tyrosine phosphatase in the sperm of pig, horse and dog and study the subcellular distribution of the proteins identified. • Study the implication of the PTPs in the functionality of the sperm to these species. • To assess the effect of the Refrigeration and cryopreservation of spermatozoa in the status of the activity tyrosine phosphatase and its possible use for the optimization of this technology. • Identify the molecular mechanisms of activation and regulation of the protein tyrosine phosphatase PTPN11 in the sperm of mammals. • Study the implication of the protein tyrosine phosphatase PTPN11 in the regulation of the sperm function.
