El efecto de la crisis económica en las Bibliotecas Públicas del Estado de España

Abstract

Este estudio analiza la situación de las Bibliotecas Públicas del Estado de España desde el 2015 hasta la actualidad ante los efectos producidos por la crisis económica, las medidas tomadas y su posible recuperación y evolución. Tras varios años de profunda crisis, el sector de las bibliotecas se ha visto muy afectado, por lo que han tenido que buscar medios y estrategias para poder superar y poder seguir dando los servicios demandados. La metodología llevada a cabo para este estudio se ha realizado a través de un cuestionario enviado a varias B.P.E. donde se puede comprobar, a través de los resultados como el presupuesto que obtienen, sus fondos o sus servicios, si continúan los efectos de la crisis producida en 2008 o,por el contrario, se está iniciando una recuperación. La situación de los efectos de la crisis no mejora tras el paso de los años ya que no se produce un aumento notable de la subida de los presupuestos

It is a study that analyzes the situation of the State Public Libraries of Spain from the 2015 until the present time before the effects produced by the economic crisis, the measures taken and their possible recovery and evolution. After several years of deep crisis, the library sector has been very affected, since the reduction of budgets in general affects to all the sectors, reason why they have had to look for ways and strategies to be able to surpass and to be able to continue giving the services defendants. It can be checked using the applied methodology. This methodology was carried out for this study through a questionnaire sent to several B.P.E. where they will be able to verify through results such as the budget that they obtain, their funds or their services, if the effects of the crisis produced in 2008 continue and that continues until now or on the contrary, if a recovery is beginning. The situation of the effects of the crisis doesn’t improve after several years, as there is no significant increase in budgets.
