Abstract

Frente a las sociedades del pasado, mucho más estáticas, a partir de fines del siglo XVIII se asiste a un proceso de cambio acelerado que transformará los modelos económicos y sociales vigentes. Y será en el ámbito agrario donde el fenómeno incidirá de pleno.
