| Resumen: | En este artículo se describen y analiza brevemente unas solemnes fiestas celebrada en los Jardines del Buen Retiro, en febrero 1637, con motivo de la coronación imperial de Fernando III, rey de Hungría y cuñado de Felipe IV. Se trataba de celebraciones lúdicas y artísticas, con intenciones moralizantes y políticas. This paper briefly describes and analyzes some solemn celebrations in Good Retreat's Gardens, in February 1637, on the occasion of the imperial coronation of Ferdinand III, King of Hungary and brother-in-law of Philip IV. These were recreational and artistic celebrations, with moralizing and political intentions. |
