Abstract

La Biblioteca de la Universidad de Extremadura forma parte de Dialnet, uno de los mayores Portales Bibliográficos del mundo, centrado fundamentalmente en los ámbitos de las Ciencias Humanas, Jurídicas y Sociales. Es producto de la colaboración de bibliotecas, en su mayor parte universitarias y centros de investigación, integrando distintos recursos y servicios documentales. Permite el acceso completo a muchos documentos y la suscripción a alertas informativas de las revistas que integra. La Biblioteca de la UEX lleva desde el año 2003 participando en este proyecto cooperativo. Fue una de las primeras bibliotecas universitarias que se incorporaron al proyecto. Esta colaboración ha supuesto un incremento notable de la visibilidad y el impacto de la producción científica de la Universidad. Desde 2019 somos socios de Dialnet al firmar un nuevo convenio de colaboración, que incluye además una aportación económica para el mantenimiento del proyecto. Ese mismo año y en el entorno de REBIUN la biblioteca de la UEX se ha incorporado a un grupo de trabajo en relación al nuevo proyecto de Dialnet Métricas y para el que ha recibido formación a principios de 2020.
