Directoras de la democracia española: la mirada de la mujer sobre la sociedad

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo se realiza un estudio e investigación sobre papel social de la mujer como directora durante la democracia española, teniendo en cuenta el recorrido cinematográfico (en cuanto a funciones) de esta durante toda la historia de la cinematografía de un país como España, con todas las complicaciones sociales que ha conllevado para el género femenino ejercer cualquier tipo de trabajo dentro de una sociedad machista. Todo el trabajo se centra prioritariamente en el papel de la mujer como directora dentro de la industria, aunque hay periodos de la historia de este país donde he tenido que buscar su labor social a partir de otras funciones dentro del cine debido a la marginación a la que se ha visto sometida a lo largo de la historia. Principalmente se realiza un estudio sobre el papel de la mujer dentro del mundo cinematográfico durante la historia del país desde 1896 cuando se produce el nacimiento de esta industria, llegando hasta la actualidad. Para así tener una base sobre la que introducir la situación en los últimos años de las directoras mediante un estudio y análisis de las carreras y filmografías de cuatro directoras españolas que comenzaron durante el periodo de democracia: Pilar Miró, Isabel Coixet, Icíar Bollaín y Chus Gutiérrez.

The following work is a study and research on the social role of women as director during Spanish democracy is carried out, taking into account the cinematographic journey (in terms of functions) of this throughout the history of cinematography in a country like Spain, with all the social complications that have entailed for the female gender exercising any type of work within a macho society. All the work focuses primarily on the role of women as a director within the industry, although there are periods in the history of this country where we have had to seek social work based on other functions within the cinema due to the marginalization of the that has been subjected throughout history. Mainly a study is carried out on the role of women in the cinematographic world during the history of the country since 1896 when the birth of this industry occurs, until today. In order to have a basis on which to introduce the situation in recent years of female directors through a study and analysis of the careers and filmographies of four Spanish female directors who began during the period of democracy: Pilar Miró, Isabel Coixet, Icíar Bollaín and Chus Gutiérrez.
