Aspectos facilitadores y dificultades de un programa de intervención psicopedagógica desde el punto de vista de los participantes

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido evaluar el Proyecto de Apoyo Psicoeducativo a Centros Escolares (PAPCE), con el fin de observar las variables que facilitan o dificultan su consecución. Para evaluar este proyecto hemos considerado dos parámetros: la evaluación subjetiva de los resultados y del proceso de intervención y la evaluación en tres momentos del proyecto (antes, durante y al final del mismo). Los resultados señalan que para obtener una 'imagen global' del éxito del proyecto de intervención es importante realizar valoraciones subjetivas de los participantes. La valoración del proyecto, según éstos, depende del papel o responsabilidad en él y del momento en que ésta se realice. Factores como la disposición positiva de los agentes, sus expectativas; motivación e implicación; su formación y competencia y la organización y coordinación del proyecto mediatizan el éxito de la intervención.

The aim of this paper has been to assess the school psychological support service project (PAPCE) with the intention of observing the variables that make its attainment easy or difficult. To evaluate this project we have taken into account two parameters: The subjective evaluation of the results and the evaluation of the project in three moments (befare, during and at the end). The results show that to obtain a "global image" of the success of the project of intervention, it is important that subjective assessments are carried out by the participants agents. Their assessmenl of the Project depends on their role or responsability in relation to the project itself anda/so depends on the moment in which it is carried out. Factors such as the positive predisposition of the agents, their expectations, their motivation and implication, their training and competence as well as the organiization and coordination of the project, interfere with the success of the intervention.
