Informe UEx-Dialnet 2020

Abstract

La Biblioteca de la Universidad de Extremadura forma parte de Dialnet desde 2003 y con su participación incrementa la visibilidad de la institución y el impacto de su producción científica. Como se indica en el informe del coordinador de Dialnet, en torno a las actividades correspondientes a 2020, no se puede obviar la crisis del COVID-19, que ha supuesto un incremento notable en la actividad de las bibliotecas colaboradoras . En la totalidad de contenidos elaborados durante el 2020, más del 90% se corresponde con la actividad de las bibliotecas universitarias colaboradoras, mientras que el resto de las bibliotecas que colaboran en Dialnet indizan un 8,5% de esos contenidos. Igualmente hemos trabajado en la normalización de los perfiles de investigadores, especificamente en sus afiliaciones e identificadores. Además, se ha sumado una nueva fase en la indización de los contenidos, el de las referencias bibliográficas, definitivo para el proyecto de métricas, lo que ha reforzado Dialnet en la medida que son sistemas integrados.

The Library of the University of Extremadura has been part of Dialnet since 2003 and its participation increases the visibility of the institution and the impact of its scientific production. As indicated in the Dialnet coordinator's report, regarding the activities corresponding to 2020, the COVID-19 crisis cannot be ignored, which has led to a notable increase in the activity of the collaborating libraries. Of all the content produced during 2020, more than 90% corresponds to the activity of the collaborating university libraries, while the rest of the libraries that collaborate in Dialnet index 8.5% of this content. We have also worked on the standardisation of researcher profiles, specifically in their affiliations and identifiers. In addition, we have added a new phase in the indexing of content, that of bibliographic references, which is definitive for the metrics project, which has strengthened Dialnet to the extent that they are integrated systems.
