La atención a la educacion en Trujillo entre los siglos XV al XIX

Abstract

Trabajo inédito que estudia la problemática de la educación en una ciudad extremeña tan importante como ha sido Trujillo a lo largo de la historia de la humanidad. El objeto de estudio ha sido la atención a la educación desde la primera escuela de Gramática que se funda en Trujillo en el siglo XV, regentada por los fraile dominicos, notables maestros, que impartieron clases en el convento construido en Trujillo en el lugar del Mercadillo, estudiando la Casa de la Preceptoria o Centro de Gramática que se fundó en la denominada calle del Estudio, propiedad del Concejo y los centros educativos entre los siglos XVI al XIX, donde destacamos los importantes Centros de Latinidad, sin olvidar el pauperismo y la preocupación del Concejo de Trujillo por atender a los pobres (centro benéficos). En Trujillo se instaló uno de los principales Centros Académicos Militares en 18 8 8, los otros tres centros establecidos en España se situaron en Zaragoza, Granada y Lugo. La enseñanza recibida estaba dividida en científica, militar y accesoria.

The study object has been the attention to the education from Grammar's school that is founded in Trujillo in the XV century, governed by the friars dominicos, remarkable teachers that he/she was fonde in the one denominated st reet of the Stydy, property of the Town council and the educational centers among the XVI centuries to the XIX one, where we highlight the important Centers of Latinidad, without forgetting the paupersismo and the concern of the Town council of Trujillo to assist the poor (1 center beneficent). In Trujillo one of the main Academic Center settled Military in 1.888, the other centers settled down in Spain were /acate in Zaragoza, Granada, and Lugo. The received was divided in scientific, military and accessory.
