| Abstract: | La comparación de empresas sobre la base de la agregación de los datos individuales se efectúa mediante el análisis económico-financiero, que permite, mediante índices y ratios, observar la estructura empresarial. Su aplicación al sector agrario y en especial a las producciones ganaderas ha sido una de las líneas de trabajo. The comparison of companies based on the aggregation of individual data is carried out through economic-financial analysis, which allows, through indices and ratios, to observe the business structure. Its application to the agricultural sector and especially to livestock production has been one of the lines of work. |
