| Abstract: | El artículo aborda, por una parte, el concepto de obra pública y por otra la regulación de la misma. También hace referencia a la necesidad de colaboración entre Administración y particulares, a la tutela administrativa y al sometimiento de la Administración a la planificación. The article deals, on the one hand, with the concept of public works and, on the other, with their regulation. It also refers to the need for collaboration between the administration and private parties, administrative supervision and the submission of the administration to planning. |
