El refrendo del nombramiento regio de los presidentes de las Comunidades Autónomas

Abstract

A la Corona, como símbolo de la unidad y permanencia del Estado, dentro de la función integradora que a ella le corresponde, se le dota de la potestad exclusiva para nombrar al máximo representante del Gobierno de las Comunidades Autónomas. Todos los Estatutos de Autonomía han configurado, sin excepción, la fórmula del nombramiento regio en términos muy similares, por no decir idénticos.

The Crown, as a symbol of the unity and permanence of the State', within the integrating function that corresponds to it, is endowed with the exclusive power to appoint the highest representative of the Government of the Autonomous Communities. All the Statutes of Autonomy have, without exception', configured the formula of the royal appointment in very similar, if not identical, terms.
